About the event

Join FHNA and your friends and neighbors for our beloved annual community event held at O.O. Denny Park!

You can expect live music from the Finn Hillbillies, Alaka Sam the magician, a bouncy house, professional face painting, food trucks, snacks and refreshments, our famous dog parade, community booths and a family-friendly art project on the park lawn with artist Austin Picinich, a local eco-artist who has completed several community art installations, including the salmon mural on the back wall of Spuds near Juanita Beach Park!

FHNA gives a huge shout out to our presenting sponsor, EvergreenHealth! We couldn’t hold DennyFest without their support.

Please note:  Parking in the O.O. Denny lots is very limited and fills up fast. Parking on Holmes Point Drive is limited, too. But we will have a free shuttle running continuously from 11:45am to 4:30pm, between O.O. Denny Park and the south end of the parking lot at the Inglewood/QFC shopping Center at Juanita Drive and NE 141st Street. Park near the QFC and ride to and from DennyFest without the stress of finding parking near the lake. And you can also bike to DennyFest. Kirkland Greenways will provide a bike valet service – they will take your bike when you arrive and watch it for you until you are ready to head home. So, plan ahead for a smoother experience, and don't miss out on the fun!

As always, we need volunteers. Sign up here to volunteer for a one-hour shift at DennyFest to be entered into the drawing for 2 free nights at the Lodge or a $50 gift certificate from The Guest House Restaurant. We're looking for traffic control monitors, shuttle van drivers, people to help set up and take down booths, etc.
