FHNA is governed by an 11 - person board of directors and supported by a part-time project manager. 

When Finn Hill was annexed by the City of Kirkland in 2011, DCNAs members voted to expand the organization’s role to represent all of the Finn Hill neighborhood. New bylaws were approved to comply with City of Kirkland requirements and DCNA renamed itself the Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance.
