About the event
Join us for free ice-cream, remarks about this success story and how it all happened, games for kids, and opportunities to meet and chat with some city council members and King County Executive Dow Constantine. We will cut the ribbon and open this newly protected greenspace, and learn about the Billy Goat Trail that is taking shape!
This event will take place in the 89th Pl. cul de sac at the top of Goat Hill (adjacent to Juanita Woodlands park).
Please note: Due to the steep and narrow nature of the access routes to this location, and the lack of parking there, it is advised to park in a reasonable nearby location and walk to the event.
