About the event
🥾Join us for a casual and friendly active forest walk through the beautiful St. Edward State Park where we stop occasionally to get to know native plants around us! This will be a great way to talk with neighbors, enjoy time in nature even when the weather isn't the best, and practice identifying some of our local trees and plants.
🌲We have many wonderful evergreen species to explore, even in winter, and trees that can be recognized by their bark, shape and branching patterns. Perhaps we'll get a chance to hear some winter birds too! 🦅
Children are welcome.
Dress for the weather, with sturdy shoes!
